Visa & Transfer information

Visa Requirement

A reminder to our American guests: a tourist visa is required to travel to Brazil.

The process is fairly straightforward and can be completed on your own through the official application portal, click here

However, if you’d prefer support or have any questions along the way, we’ve partnered with Mariana, who can assist with the entire application. Her service fee is $30 USD, in addition to the visa cost. She’ll walk you through each step to ensure everything is handled smoothly and on time.

Transfers Between Natal Airport (NAT) and Pipa

Mariana is also coordinating transportation to and from Pipa through La Rocha Receptivo, a professional and highly recommended local service that is familiar with our wedding schedule.

Transfer Options (one-way):

• Executive Car (Corolla, Civic, Audi) – R$ 450

• Van (15 passengers) – R$ 700

• SUV (Pajero Full) – R$ 700

You are welcome to book a private car for yourself, or let Mariana know your flight arrival time and she’ll do her best to pair you with other guests arriving around the same time to coordinate a shared transfer. Just give her a little time, and she’ll get back to you promptly.

Transfers can be paid in cash on the day or in advance via Zelle, using the exchange rate of the day.

What about Uber?

Uber is technically an option from Natal Airport to Pipa, but we recommend booking through the transfer service. The distance is about 1.5 hours, and due to that, Ubers may not always accept the ride right away, especially during non-peak hours. The pre-arranged transfers offer a safer and more reliable experience.

If you have any questions or need help with anything before the big weekend, don’t hesitate to reach out. We can’t wait to celebrate with you — get ready for sunshine, laughter, and lots of dancing!

With love,

Rafa and Alex 💛
